Yukon moves Main Street incentives into city grant program overseen by board and committee

A board member asked whether annual endowment allocations would require city council action; Deckard said the current program is structured as a city grant program and does not require council action now. Deckard also said the city plans to establish a revenue stream over time to sustain the grant program.
