Cumberland County finance committee approves minutes, hears SRTA update and adjourns

The Cumberland County Finance Committee convened at 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 5. After roll call recorded Commissioners Nieder, Foshee and Eichelberger as present, the committee moved and seconded approval of the Oct. 22, 2025 minutes; the vote was recorded as unanimous and the motion carried.
The committee then received a presentation from Rich Barb of the Susquehanna Regional Transportation Authority on a planned service redesign, new transfer centers and funding strategy (see separate report). No formal county votes or appropriations on SRTA funding took place. Hearing no other business, the presiding commissioner moved to adjourn and the committee adjourned.
