Residents press CB11 for protected bike lanes and Greenway repairs; committee asks for follow-up

Committee members suggested the transportation committee continue detailed review, invited Gabriel to submit a short follow-up email summarizing his concerns and recommended bringing supporters to the full board public hearing on Nov. 20. Separately, members raised maintenance issues on the Mosholu/Pelham Greenway and asked staff to check jurisdiction (DOT vs. Parks) and explore cross-board collaboration with neighboring community boards for repairs.
No formal votes were taken; the transportation committee will continue to consider protected-lane proposals and track Greenway maintenance items.
