The Machesney Park Administration Finance Committee on Nov. 3, 2025, approved the meeting minutes from Oct. 20, 2025, and voted to approve a warrant totaling $896,752.47, which the chair said will go to the village board with a positive recommendation.

The committee began with a roll call confirming Trustees Wilson, Roe, Stromberg, Vitale, Simmons and Behn were present and that a quorum existed. A motion to approve the Oct. 20 minutes was made and seconded and the minutes were approved by voice vote.

The chair then presented a warrant totaling $896,752.47 and asked for a motion to approve. The motion was made and seconded and the committee approved the warrant by voice vote. The chair said the warrant will be presented to the full board at its meeting tonight with a positive recommendation.

No public comment was offered during the committee’s public-comment period. The committee adjourned after approving the actions above.
