Board previews $9.6 million in October disbursements, then adjourns unanimously

Mr. Hamilton told the board there are five finance items slated for approval next week: Fund 10 disbursements for October in the amount of about $9,600,000; disbursements from capital reserves (Fund 31) reported in the packet as $418,000 for October; the finance report for September; student activity financial reports for 2025–26 middle and high school activities; and athletic supply bids to several vendors with amounts read into the record.
No votes on those finance items were taken during the meeting; each was read into the record and scheduled for next week. Near the end of the meeting Mr. Frank moved to adjourn, another board member seconded, and by voice vote the presiding officer called the motion approved with all members saying “Aye.”
