Kristen Pollitt, Director of Planning and Development Services, updated the 2x2 on the Rollingwood Avenue subdivision (201 Rollingwood Drive), a project proposing 130 single‑family dwelling units. The Planning Commission hearing originally scheduled for October 6 was continued to allow staff and the applicant time to resolve conditions of approval, principally water‑related issues.
Pollitt said staff are "nearing close to resolution" on the water items and that the hearing is rescheduled for November 3. She said the city is awaiting a response from the applicant but expects the project to proceed once conditions are finalized.
Council members indicated support for staff coordination and requested updates at the next meeting if conditions are resolved. No formal action was taken at the 2x2 meeting.
