The consent agenda — consisting of the Oct. 14 regular meeting minutes, Oct. 14 workshop minutes and the HR update — was moved and approved with Mr. Green providing the recorded support. Later in the meeting Mr. Green moved to adjourn; the motion was supported by Daxon Polonia and the board voted to adjourn.
No formal action items requiring separate votes were on the published agenda for the evening.
