Planning staff warns residents about fraudulent approval emails

Staff urged residents to carefully check email addresses and said the fraudulent messages used an address such as planning.rolling@usa.com and did not appear to be a legitimate agency address. The planning director asked anyone in doubt to call the city's offices before taking further action.
