Board members asked for clarity on who is responsible for reminding the board of annual duties; staff offered to compile an annual calendar and a document listing responsibilities and deadlines to prevent items from being dropped.
The board agreed to place goal‑setting and policy review on its annual calendar, to update the superintendent’s evaluation to reflect board goals, and to bring the SIP‑related materials to future meetings for alignment.
