Project staff presented a construction-site-plan revision for Ridge PD Parcel 6C tied to upcoming interchange and turn-lane work on Boy Scout/Binyon Road. "We have a half interchange ramp coming on to, Binyon, Boy Scout and Binyon Road," a project representative told the committee and said the revision includes turn-lane adjustments and utility changes.
Public works said its previously posted modification comments had been reviewed and accepted. "We accepted. That's the only comment that I had," a public works representative (George) said, and departments reported no additional outstanding issues that would stop work. Staff noted one contractor had performed work under a permit approved earlier in the year and that the situation was resolved.
With comments reissued to the project team, the DRC recorded no further department objections and the meeting moved to adjournment.
