He said response‑time compliance (under 10, 20 and 30 minutes) dipped slightly in the third quarter amid higher run volumes; they noted 39 more runs this quarter compared with last year and linked the change to busier operations.
The report highlighted community outreach including CPR and AED classes in schools, churches, and community groups and collaboration with St. Joseph’s ER, including a helicopter loading/unloading exercise conducted at the local airport. Scott Johnson (Speaker 9) and Mike Zimmer (Speaker 7) relayed recent patient comments praising crew responses. One written patient comment read in the meeting thanked crew members with: “You were there to keep me awake and fighting… My family and I could never thank you enough for what you did for me.”
