Grayson County Commissioners Court on Nov. 4 approved a slate of routine administrative items including vendor payments, intergovernmental contracts and a grant amendment that restores previously reduced public-health funding.
The court voted unanimously to approve the minutes of Oct. 21, 2025, and to adopt the consent agenda after moving item 9.6 into consent. The court authorized payment of the bills for Nov. 4, 2025, including $91,080 to Motorola for the Sheriff’s Office WatchGuard camera system annual payment and $154,989.76 to RDO Equipment for a 2025 John Deere backhoe loader for Precinct 2.
County staff described an update to the county’s participation and advisory agreements with Strategic Retirement Partners for the county’s 401(a) and 457(b) plans. The presenter said the agreements replace the prior Nationwide arrangement following the county’s switch to Lincoln; the court approved the county judge’s authority to sign the agreements.
The court also approved a two‑year memorandum of understanding extending the county’s use of Indigent Healthcare Solutions software for the Indigent Health Division; staff said there is no price increase for the extension.
