Dog park contracts — fencing and grading/seating: Council approved the fencing contract (within the previously committed $150,000) and approved the grading and seating contract with a contingency-funded budget amendment of roughly $78,000; the grading/seating vote passed on a supermajority with one No vote (Alderman Shellpepper).
Biosolids hauling contract extension — resolution (25-R-3317): Council approved a three-year contract extension for biosolids land application with Badger State Waste. Current rate noted at 0.07¢ per gallon; proposed rate 0.075¢/gal in 2026 and 0.08¢/gal for 2027–2028. Vote recorded all Aye.
Weapons ordinance — ordinance 25-0-1109 second reading: Council conducted second reading of changes to section 9.02 (discharging and carrying weapons), including added signage language per Wisconsin state statute; the ordinance advanced on second reading with roll-call approval.
Wastewater facility plan — resolution (25-R-331A): After a public hearing and consultant presentation, council voted to approve the facility plan report and authorized staff to submit it to the Wisconsin DNR for review.
City budget adoption and levy setting: Council adopted the City of Oconomowoc 2026 annual budget (balanced as required by state statute) and enacted the 2025 levy to be applied for the 2026 tax year. Roll-call votes were recorded in favor.
