Council then proceeded through a consent agenda that included appointment of Dr. Darla Eisenhower and Mary Ann Stallings to the Community Health Endowment Board (terms expiring 09/01/2028) and reappointment of Dr. Michael Farris. Council also approved professional services agreement supplements for the Beale Slough Trail (JEO Consulting Group Inc.) and a construction engineering supplement for a traffic signal project at Cotner Boulevard and Adams Street, among other routine items. Where recorded, roll calls showed motions carried unanimously (6'00) on the consent items.
These routine approvals set hearing dates and contract authorizations and concluded the consent portion of the Nov. 3 agenda.
