After a staff presentation, the Apopka City Council on Oct. 1 approved the Fourth Amendment to the Joint Planning Area (JPA) agreement with Orange County that authorizes a two‑year extension to renegotiate terms including density clustering, protected‑area buffers and transportation provisions.
