Euclid Board approves software, monitoring, fence and streetlight requisitions totaling multiple city funds

The board approved a series of requisitions Sept. 22, authorizing purchases including scheduling software, run-report software, GPS monitoring, fence work, wastewater monitoring equipment and streetlight poles; an administrative $3 fee increase for temporary tags was also approved.
At its Sept. 22 meeting the Euclid Board of Control approved a slate of requisitions drawing on multiple city funds for software, monitoring equipment and infrastructure work.
Staff moved and the board approved an Aladtec Incorporated requisition for $9,528.84 from the general fund for scheduling software for the fire department. Chief Womack described it as, "our scheduling software for the fire department."
The board approved a $17,850 requisition to Chagrin Valley Dispatch from the general fund for run-report software used for EMS and fire reports (motion seconded by Chief Womack).
A $6,905 requisition to Ohio Alcohol Monitoring Systems from the general fund was approved for GPS monitoring for August to support court-ordered monitoring. The board recorded the motion and approved it by voice vote.
From the Street Maintenance & Construction Fund, the board approved a $6,600 payment to Thomas Fence Company to install a fence at the end of Lloyd Road to keep people off an outfall.
Two Waste Water Treatment Fund requisitions to Micrometer Incorporated were approved: $15,063.75 for loggers and an FS data subscription to monitor two combined sewer overflow locations (IDs referenced as 3028 and 3033), and $15,713.45 for the annual FS data partnership renewal to monitor CSOs and SSOs across the city.
The board also approved a $14,056 requisition to Amaresco Incorporated for streetlight poles and concrete bases; the item was noted as an addition to Amaresco's grant scope.
Finally, the board approved a $3 exceeds-amount requisition to Lancaster Acquisitions from the general fund after staff said the State of Ohio increased the temporary tag fee by $3 following the original bid approval.
All requisitions were approved by voice vote with board members responding "Aye." The meeting then moved to adjournment.
