The vendor address was listed as 10555 Kinsman Road, Newbury, Ohio 44065.
Mayor (chair) moved to award the contract on a motion made by Director Grogan Meyers and seconded by Director Cooney. The board responded "Aye" and the motion carried.
The award was presented as a routine procurement action; no amendments or conditions were recorded in the meeting minutes. The board took no further public comment on the item before approving the award.
The meeting proceeded to a series of requisitions and then adjourned.
