Board hears $496,265 bid for Cabell Midland auditorium lighting and audio overhaul

He added district electricians will handle some high-voltage tasks to reduce contractor hours while low-voltage installation will be completed by the vendor.
Jackson told the board the installation will be scheduled around events but could require taking the theater dark for an estimated minimum of three to four weeks during the work. The board thanked staff and Creative Audio (which provided a temporary lighting solution last spring) for helping the school continue programs while a permanent solution is scheduled.
