- R2025‑189 authorized distribution of $1,272,000 in park impact fee revenue to the Peninsula Metropolitan Park District. Council considered and adopted a technical amendment to Exhibit A to align definitions, tracking language and refund conditions with county code before voting.
- R2025‑190 authorized distribution of $600,000 in park impact fee revenue to the Key Peninsula Metropolitan Park District.
- R2025‑191 authorized $600,000 in second REET revenue to the Peninsula Metropolitan Park District.
Staff said these resolutions had committee review and received due‑pass recommendations. Councilmember Denson thanked parks staff and prosecuting attorneys for facilitating the interlocal agreements. Public comment was not received on these items at the council meeting, and each resolution passed on a 5–0 roll call vote.
What happens next: The executive is authorized to execute the interlocal agreements and the county will publish the executed ILAs on its interlocal‑agreements website per standard practice.
