West Bend plan commission approves batch of survey maps, site plan and final plat

City planning staff introduced six extraterritorial CSMs in the towns of Trenton, Barton and West Bend. The first two were 3‑lot CSMs on the east side of North River Road (one northern and one southern portion); staff confirmed right‑of‑way dedications (33 feet minimum, with a 17‑foot reservation to meet the official map) and recommended approval.
