MSBA feasibility work underway for Brockton High; architects outline next-year schedule

Left Field, the district’s owner’s project manager, and Castle Boos Architects gave an update to the Brockton Public Schools Facilities Subcommittee on Oct. 7 about the Brockton High School MSBA process and early design work.
Kevin Sullivan, Left Field project manager, said the project is in MSBA’s feasibility study/schematic design stage (Module 3A / PDP). He said the team will spend about a year in this phase, completing preliminary design programming to document existing conditions and explore options — including renovation, addition or a new building — before refining a preferred schematic option this winter.
