- Consent agenda: Approved (motion by Commissioner Gray; second by Commissioner McCullough). Recorded as carried on voice vote.
- Convene as American Beach Water & Sewer District: The board adjourned as the Board of County Commissioners and convened as the American Beach Water & Sewer District owner (motion by Commissioner Martin; second by Commissioner Farmer). The board authorized the chair to sign State Revolving Fund loan agreement amendments for the American Beach Water and Sewer Conversion Project (FDEP project numbers DW450511 and WW450501; contract numbers CM3147-A3 and CM3148-A3). Motions carried on voice votes.
- Reconvene as Board of County Commissioners: Motion to adjourn the American Beach Water & Sewer District and reconvene as the Board carried.
- Tab Q (CLAM parcels): Adopted the resolution to add 85 parcels (Appendix A) to the CLAM priority projects list (motion by Commissioner Martin). Vote recorded as unanimous.
- Tab R (CLAM manual): Authorized the chair to sign the revised Nassau County Conservation Land Acquisition and Management manual and conservation plan dated 08/20/2025 (motion by Commissioner Martin; second by Commissioner Farmer). Vote 5–0.
- Tab S (easement): Approved and authorized the chair to sign the grant of easement from Mason and Magnolia LLC (OR book 2684, page 883) and authorized Road Department maintenance (motion by Commissioner Gray; second by Commissioner McCullough). Motion carried.
