Council approves plats and field‑use agreements, plus Parkview replat

Lebanon City Council approved several land‑use and community recreation items Oct. 28, including final plats, replats and five‑year field usage agreements.
Ordinance 2025‑101 approved the final plat for Inverness Section 2, combining and replatting three parcels to create a new buildable lot; the ordinance included an emergency declaration and passed on a unanimous roll call. Ordinance 2025‑102 authorizes the replat of three lots in the Parkview subdivision to support an addition at 124 Southeast Street; council moved and approved that ordinance as well.
On recreation, the council approved Ordinance 2025‑095, a five‑year field usage agreement with the Lebanon Youth Soccer Association establishing annual fees and field conditions, and Ordinance 2025‑096, a five‑year field usage agreement for Cincinnati United Soccer. Both agreements were presented by staff, moved, seconded and approved by roll call.
Outcome: ordinances 2025‑095, 2025‑096, 2025‑101 and 2025‑102 were adopted unanimously. The council recorded appreciation to staff and noted ongoing work on the budget and council goals.
