Lebanon City Council on Oct. 28 adopted Resolution 2025‑100 to approve the Warren County hazard mitigation five‑year plan update.
Staff explained the plan recommends hazard mitigation actions intended to protect people and property from natural hazards the county may face and noted that adoption helps communities access potential grant funding opportunities. A councilmember commended fire and police for their work on the plan and urged continued coordination with the county and the county presentation provided during the work session.
Council moved, seconded and approved the resolution on a unanimous roll call.
Outcome: Resolution 2025‑100 adopted; staff will coordinate implementation and pursue applicable grant opportunities.
