Oak Park–River Forest board approves personnel hires, emergency operations plan and resolution to publish tentative FY26 budget

After the regular meeting the Oak Park–River Forest SD 200 board held a special meeting and approved a set of action items by roll call, moving the district forward on personnel, emergency operations, budget publication and federal grant planning.

The board voted to approve the personnel recommendations, covering new hires, assignment changes and related appointments. The vote was recorded by roll call with board members present answering in the affirmative.

The consolidated plan had been submitted for initial review in the state portal and includes estimates such as Title I (~$112,000), IDEA (~$1,000,000 annually) and combined CTE/Perkins (~$178,000).
