Pocatello council approves consent agenda, notes upcoming events

The Pocatello City Council approved its consent agenda and reviewed upcoming city events during its regular meeting.
Council President Lyric moved to approve the consent agenda, including minutes from the Aug. 14 work session and Aug. 7 and Aug. 21 regular meetings and material claims for Oct. 15–31, 2025; Council Member Paulson seconded the motion. The clerk called the roll and council members recorded affirmative votes.
Mayor and staff also highlighted calendar items, including a Nov. 13 council work session, Nov. 20 clarification meeting, Veterans Day activities and local events such as the Festival of Trees and scholarship application deadlines. City offices will be closed for Veterans Day, and early voting for the mayoral runoff is available at the Bannock County Elections Office.
