The board also approved the three‑year renewal of the county's probate e‑filing and records hosting contract with Catalyst (formerly Icon). The register recommended renewal and described multi‑year pricing and training support; commissioners authorized the county administrator to execute the renewal contract.
A purchase authorization to replace two desktop and two laptop computers for the registry of deeds at a total cost of $3,033 was approved, and commissioners formally accepted the resignation of victim‑witness advocate Abriana Delena (last day Oct. 9). The board approved a revised victim‑witness advocate job description, reclassifying duties and allowing the county to post the vacancy internally and externally.
The meeting concluded with recognition that Lincoln County received a $1,000 safe‑driving award from the Maine County Commissioners Association's risk pool for 2024 and by voting to add executive‑session items on real property and personnel under cited MRSA provisions.
