Board members and administrators asked logistical questions (timeline, seat removal, electrical receptacle locations) and Dudas said he expects to build the booth on a weekend so it will not interfere with school use and that existing receptacles would not need relocation. Administration asked that Dudas share plans with the director of facilities (mister Pramble) for coordination; the board gave an informal show‑of‑hands approval to proceed pending facilities review.
