The Cheyenne City Council approved a bar-and-grill liquor license Nov. 10 for Red Bones LLC, doing business as Hambone’s Pizza, to expand operations at 415 West 17th Street and add a bar area.

The finance committee recommended approval and Councilmember Layborn moved the recommendation. Council members discussed license limits and whether a restaurant license would suffice; one councilmember said the applicant’s expansion and plans for an on-site bar warranted a bar-and-grill license. The council approved the license by voice vote and wished the business success.

What happens next: The applicant may proceed with its expansion and liquor-service plans subject to licensing conditions and any required inspections by city staff.
