At its Nov. 10 meeting the Romulus Community Schools Board of Education approved its consent agenda by general motion. The consent package included approval of the Oct. 27, 2025 meeting minutes, October financial statements and bills for payment totaling $1,173,570.11 as submitted by Dana Blair.
The personnel section named multiple hires across the district: Brooke Fick (counselor at Romulus High School), Kristin Boby (ELA interventionist at Ramos), Julia Mehta (general education social worker), Roslyn Brantley (general education social worker at WIC), Sandra Parker (resource teacher, Hell Creek), Chris Herbel (special education paraprofessional, WIC Elementary) and Kim Perez (resource teacher at Wick Elementary). Trustee Rogers moved the consent agenda with a second from Trustee Davis; roll call recorded affirmative responses from present members and the motion passed.
Board policy treats consent items as routine; any item requested for discussion would be removed and considered separately. No items were pulled from consent at this meeting.
