Commissioner Jones said the character of Pebble Road has changed and now creates drainage issues, and recommended following staff’s recommendation to approve the extension but to require full off-site improvements on the opposite side of the street. He moved to approve the third extension and to deny the waiver of development-standard number three for full off-site improvements; the commission voted in favor of the motion.
