Mendocino County Archaeological Commission meeting adjourned for lack of quorum; rescheduled to Dec. 10

Sandy Arellano, secretary of the Mendocino County Archaeological Commission, announced that the commission’s Nov. 12, 2025 meeting was adjourned because a quorum was not present. “There is not a quorum of the commission present for this meeting that was scheduled to begin today at 2PM this afternoon,” she said.

“As such, pursuant to government code section 5 4 9 5 5, I am adjourning this meeting of the archaeological commission to 12/10/2025 at 2PM in the Planning And Building Conference Room located at 860 North Bush Street in Ukiah,” Arellano said. She added that all items on the agenda for Nov. 12 will be considered at the Dec. 10 meeting.

The adjournment was declared at 2:02 p.m. and no formal motions or votes were taken because the body lacked the minimum members required to conduct business. The transcript records no other substantive discussion or public comment before the adjournment.
