Advisor Hayden and members recommended adding measurable indicators and periodic updates to avoid stagnation.
Member Jax moved to adopt the document as the formal strategic plan for the 2025–26 term; Member Feitthaler seconded. The motion carried by voice vote. Members discussed adding a section that links specific projects to the strategic plan so the group can report progress at regular meetings and suggested dividing updates across agenda items throughout the year.
The plan will now guide the council’s school outreach, holiday projects and other community events through the coming term, with members asked to identify measurable outcomes and return progress reports at future meetings.
