Residents described recent sewage backups and asked the council to avoid a short‑term fix that would require later double work; they urged a solution that addresses both sides of the street to avoid duplicative future expense. Councilmembers suggested a follow‑up meeting including engineers, residents and town staff to resolve easements, routing (roadway vs. rear easement), and funding strategies.
