After discussion and refinement, Kate moved to approve the four goals and the motion passed 4–0. Committee members said the goals align with the superintendent's draft goals and will frame committee oversight work and community engagement in the coming year.
The committee will circulate final goal language and integrate reporting timelines into meeting agendas to track progress.
