City requests appraisals for two parcels as part of disposition and potential acquisition plans

One commissioner noted turnaround times with prior appraisals and said firms historically took about two months for complex appraisals but that simpler raw-land appraisals can be faster; staff offered to solicit bids promptly and, where possible, expedite the work.
