The council voted to send a use-district exception application for a studio apartment (applicant Sherry Ziegortz) to its statutorily required third reading after the applicant answered questions about parking plans. Council also approved a resolution asking the Ohio Department of Natural Resources and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to consider a proposed shore structure adjacent to 21651 Edgecliff Drive; administration told council those state and federal approvals are required for work on submerged lands.
