Item 6 authorized an on‑call planning services agreement with RS&H Inc., Recondo and Associates Inc., and Arup US Inc. for an initial three‑year term with two one‑year extension options and a total not to exceed $10,000,000 to support capital project implementation, planning and long‑range land‑use and airspace studies.
