Parks resolution to shift $36,300 for supplies removed from committee agenda

Tina Spalo of Parks & Rec said the transfer was intended to consolidate multiple purchase orders for supplies into a single line for easier purchasing. Because the item was added after the 2025 budget process, the department will instead address the consolidation in the 2026 budget.
Chair Sean Smith asked whether the committee could pass the item out of committee and allow the sponsor to formally withdraw it; without objection the committee sent the resolution out of committee without recommendation.
