Christian said Planning & Zoning recommended the site plan unanimously (5-0) at its Oct. 21 meeting. Councilmembers asked about sidewalk dimensions (confirmed as 8 feet) and a small fire-lane adjustment; staff said the building is presented as a shell and finish-outs will return for permitting.
Concerns about additional signage and neighborhood impacts were discussed briefly; council asked staff to ensure the title block and engineer registration numbers were correctly reflected in the executable resolution. A motion to approve the detailed site plan carried 7-0.
Next steps: Staff will finalize the resolution language and the permit process will proceed for subsequent tenant finish-outs and signage per ordinance limitations.
