Courthouse repointing resolution: A resolution ordering repointing work at the county courthouse passed on a roll call; staff set a bid opening for Nov. 10 at 10 a.m., a walkthrough in late November and a public hearing/contract award for Nov. 12 at 10 a.m. Supervisors Lukensmeyer, McVicker and Vaness recorded Aye on the roll call.
28E agreement: The board approved a 28E intergovernmental agreement with the City of Hampton to construct and maintain a joint burn site; the resolution carried on a roll call with Lukensmeyer, McVicker and Vaness recorded Aye.
Subdivision waiver and drainage claims: The board approved a subdivision waiver (resolution 25‑68) to square off a parcel and approved routine drainage claims by voice vote. The subdivision waiver required and received a roll call vote with Lukensmeyer, McVicker and Vaness voting Aye.
