Kennedale parks board weighs dog park but staff cites space, funding and maintenance hurdles

"If you all could come up with some suggestion and have some data to back it up, I think that's gonna give us a good reason to submit to the city manager," Speaker 2 said.
Board members agreed to draft a written proposal and to collect resident responses online and at city events before taking the matter to the city manager. No formal motion or vote on site selection or funding was recorded during the meeting.
