Chair Wilson Kimball summarized the board’s action, saying the motion passes and the application was denied. The record shows the denial was based on the balance of factors considered at the public hearing and site visit rather than on new conditions imposed at the meeting.
The board returned the case to staff for filing of the formal denial and any required notices. No further relief was granted to the applicant at the meeting.
