O'Brien said Arthur is a public charter sponsored by St. Helens School District and described school values focused on inclusive instruction and fluency in reading. She answered a board question confirming Arthur teachers do not attend the same district trainings as neighborhood-school teachers and noted that Arthur is part of a multi-site network (six Arthur academies).
