The Kootenai County Board of Commissioners approved an airport lease addendum and authorized payments for fleet upfitting during its Nov. 12 business meeting.
Staff said Lease Addendum B (AAL 20-22-1) with 33 Wolves LLC adds 14,860 square feet to the company’s leased lot at the county airport and will increase annual revenue by $3,923.06. "Lease addendum B is adding an additional 14,860 square feet to the lot on this lease, and that will provide an increase of annual revenue of $3,923.06," Kim Stevenson said.
The board also approved payments to CW Upfitters for upfitting the county's new Chevrolet fleet trucks. Stevenson said invoices from CW Upfitters are $10,092.80 per truck, with a request to approve payment for all seven invoices as they are submitted. "We are requesting approval of all 7 payments," she said, noting the vendor will invoice as each truck enters the shop.
Both the lease addendum and the upfitter payments were moved, seconded and approved with unanimous aye votes from commissioners present.
No amendments or public comments were recorded on these items; staff will process the lease documents and payments through accounts payable.
