"I would like to propose to the court that we consider waiving the apportionment fee for the schools," he said; Mr. Chavez, the applicant, said he could accept waiving schools and pay the road and police apportionments.
The court adopted a motion to approve the plat and the county engineer’s apportionment determinations as presented, with the school apportionment excluded under the conditions cited; the motion passed unanimously (5–0).
