Paul Moreau, attorney for Denton Bruce Development LLC, told the commission the developer will build sidewalks and recreational amenities and that utilities report sufficient capacity. "We would propose to have them constructed with time of occupancy," Moreau said of the sidewalks and amenities, which he said include a clubhouse, pool and pickleball court.
