Board members requested a list of confirmed landowner approvals and an updated trail map; Conway said he would provide both. The motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.
Board members discussed how landowner permission interacts with town property and emphasized the need for clear documentation. Staff and the Select Board asked that the Bow Pioneers work with the conservation commission and other town committees when closures require alternative access routes.
