Mark said Environmental Partners identified missing "working architectural plans" and that a sound study will be completed; the board requested that those materials be supplied before the public hearings get fully underway. Members emphasized that peer review of noise may be required during the hearing schedule.
The board agreed to attend joint public hearings on the project beginning in December; staff will circulate agendas and any requested documentation to interested boards and the public.
