Tulare County Planning Commission members voted unanimously to approve tentative parcel map PPM25‑040 during their Nov. 13 meeting. The item was handled in a single public hearing without a staff presentation after the chair announced that any parcel map in that block of the agenda would be heard together.

Commissioner Matthew moved to approve the tentative parcel map; another commissioner seconded the motion and the commission voted 7–0 in favor. No members of the public asked to speak on the map.

The map was approved as introduced; the clerk recorded seven yes votes and no abstentions or no votes. The commission moved on to public hearings after the roll call and brief procedural announcements.
